July has seen Element make huge progress across the last month.
There has been a huge upgrade on our mezzanine floor with the decoration 95% complete, works on the spiral staircase has begun and the roof terrace decking completed. Decoration on the first floor has started with the staircase walls being coated and futon wall lights fitted. The space is now coming together with all doors across the floor fully installed.
The ground floor is beginning to transform into the luxury entrance we have been planning. The tiling across the reception is underway with 60% finished. Finishing touches across the reception have started with vertical slat screens and entrance screens on the way. The lift has been removed to prepare for the new state-of-the-art lift coming later this year.
The wellbeing facilities at Element will be the perfect space for occupiers to break out from the office and prepare for work. The shower and changing area is almost complete with the plumbing well under way and the shower doors, wall panelling and vanity unit fitted.
Completing at the end of August, our building will be transformed to provide Birchwood with up to 40,000 sq ft of best-in-class office space and incredible wellbeing facilities. The building boasts a grade A EPC rating and continues to support a sustainable mode of working with the installation of swift boxes and beehives coming soon.
